Homemade NutBerry Bites are soft, wholesome snacks made with oats, nuts, and blueberries. They have a naturally sweet taste from dates and a light crunch from seeds and nuts. Ingredients

  • 50 gm frozen blueberries
  • 50 gm rolled oats
  • 20 gm shredded coconut
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 15 gm almond flour
  • 10 gm chia seeds
  • 10 gm almonds
  • 10 gm walnuts
  • 1 tsp fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish

How to Make NutBerry Bites

  • Step 1: Toast the Base
    Lightly toast almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, and rolled oats on low heat for about 2 minutes. Let the mixture cool completely.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Mixture
    Grind the toasted mixture. Add fennel seed powder, shredded coconut, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, peanut butter, dates, and almond flour. Blend until everything combines well.
  • Step 3: Shape the Bites
    Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls. Coat lightly with shredded coconut.
  • Step 4: Chill
    Place the bites in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to set.
  • Step 5: Garnish and Serve
    Garnish with fresh blueberries and serve chilled.
